“NIDHI” is hindi word which means Finance or Fund. Nidhi means a company which has been incorporated exclusively with the object of developing the habit of thrift and reserve funds amongst its members.
A company declared as a Nidhi or mutual benefit society registered under the section 406 of the companies ACT 2013, Nidhi is have many features which make them stard distinctly apart from many other Non-Banking financial companies who are the guideline of RBI.
Master Urban Nidhi being a company registered under the companies, Act 2013. It automatically comes under the supervision of the MCA(Ministry of Corporate Affairs). We are lending for this kind of people, this has been completely neglected by other financial institutions.
By this way we keep the customer base with our institution long based. Master Nidhi Limited is a Public Limited Company and shall issue equity shares of the nominal value of not less than ten rupees each. The Company shall allot to each deposit holder at least a minimum of ten equity shares or shares equivalent to one hundred rupees. MUN was formulated with the primary objective to carry on the business of accepting deposits and lending money to member-borrowers. A Nidhi Company can be defined as a company By the Members, For the Members, To the Members.

Started as clerk in 1978 & retired in 2015 as Deputy General Manager- Pune Kolhapur & Aurangabad Division [Top Management cadre] from SVC bank.
Handling total business of Rs.4700 Cr. There Are 47 branches located at Pune, Kolhapur, Satara, Sangli, Karad Belgaum, Aurangabad, Jalana, Sholapur, Jalgaon, Akola. Was Looking after Operations, Credit, Monitoring & Administration in all these areas.
Worked s extended helping hand to Human Resources Department Mumbai in Recruitments, Postings Trainings, marinating discipline, enquires & disciplinary actions in these Divisions. Also worked as a helping hand to the planning Department & Estate & Facilities Department. Was appointed & worked on the women’s Committee & has conducted enquiries as a member of the committee.
Few achievements to note.
In the year 2005/06, Successfully monitored the Process Mergers of the Banks in Nasik & Kolhapur in SVC Bank. Played a key role in establishing the SVC Bank in Kolhapur Division & sorted out all issues related to labour & recovery.
After retirement in Aug 2015 as Deputy General Manager the service was continued by SVC Bank & I was appointed on Contract on the same post for One year in SVC.2015/16. Also has worked till May 18 for two years on contract as Asst; General Manager in Punjab & Maharashtra Co-Op Bank Pune Kolhapur Division in the year 16/17 & 17/18.

Mr. Anil Bapat received his LLB in 1990 under the aegis of Pune university with a technical focus on Taxation & labor laws.

Working Experience:
Joined the Shamrao Vithal Coop. (SVC) Bank. Ltd. in 1978, where he spent 37 years, focusing on Branch Banking. He started as a clerk in 1978, finally retiring in 2015 as Deputy General Manager (Pune Kolhapur & Aurangabad Division – the Top Management cadre). He was responsible for handling a total business of Rs.4700 Cr, covering 47 branches located in the regions of Pune, Kolhapur, Satara, Sangli, Karad Belgaum, Aurangabad, Jalana, Sholapur, Jalgaon and Akola. His responsibilities extended towards taking care of Operations, Credit, Monitoring & Administrative aspects in all these areas. He provided helping hand to the Human Resources Department in Mumbai when it came to Recruitments, Postings, Trainings, work-ethic cultivation, enquiries & disciplinary actions. He also lent a helping hand to the Planning, Estate and Facilities Department. He was appointed to and worked on the women’s Committee, having conducted numerous enquiries as a member.
